If it isn't too sweet I'd use it for a glaze on poultry, pork, or fish, or see if I could get to a reasonable tangerine beef stir-fry from there.

You could make some awesome tangerine alcohol - mix it with vodka or whatnot. It would probably keep well a la limoncello (?)...

Pour it over halved, cored pears and bake in the oven at 350 or so for 20 minutes for a delicious dessert?

Pancake syrup.

Mom had problems with preserves--if she made them herself they would NOT set up. Ever. She made *freezer jam* and it wouldn't set up. We ate a *lot* of various sorts of fruit pancake syrup.

Real conversation from my past:

Me, returning to the first floor from the basement: Mom, I have bad news and bad news.
Mom: What?
Me: I accidentally knocked over one of the fancy jars of that mixed fruit jelly and it smashed all over the floor.
Mom: What's the *other* bad news?
Me: The jelly didn't set up.
Mom: *rolls eyes and looks pleadingly towards heaven, sighs audibly*
