Everything here is raspberry colored.

The raspberries that have been in my freezer for several months are now juice. Straining out all the seeds took three wire strainers, both of my big pots and two large bowls.

Tomorrow there will be jelly.

mmmmmm, jelly. I need to get some shelving down in the basement so I can organize my canning jars and such. Time to put up as it were.

It turned out lovely. Both flavor and color. Nothing like pure black raspberry juice to make that color.
