A couple weeks ago I noticed some graffiti (now painted over) on my way to my mom's house.

Someone had painted caveat emptor on the side of a bridge.

p_roqueforti and I both thought it was awesome. Though I did wonder whether the writer intended to write "Carpe Diem".
