Litmus paper, violets, and oak galls

dickensWorking on my final project for the semester, I've been up to my elbows in trivia about chemical indicators for the last few days.
I'm creating an interactive lesson using Captivate (the program I use at work) and Flash. The intent of the lesson is to give some of the context of where chemical indicators came from and what they're useful for. (As a supplement to the usual "red=acid, blue=base" you would get in a high school textbook.
Unfortunately, the research is the fun part. Figuring out a nifty way to navigate through all this stuff took a few tries.
I'll inflict a link to the completed flash file on you all at some point in the next week.
