This is a huge black eye for DC, since if there's ANYTHING that they're prooud of out here it's W.R. and Bethesda Naval. There will be some major heads rolling over this one.

Also: Lt. Gen Kiley = Lt. Calley?

p.s: my godfather is Chief of Surgery at W.R. I'm semi-proud to say that he has little to nothing to do with post-op.
